The most modern technology is used to manufacture our unique and ready to use Wear Plate (Castodur Diamond Plate or CDP) which consists briefly of a Steel Plate, on which a wear-facing layer is laid down either by welding or metallic powder coating. CDP offers superb protection against erosion and abrasion therefore providing the user with cost saving solutions where large wear problems occur.
Our CDP is suitable and gives outstanding protection to parts that are affected by wear problems, whilst its complex geometry means it can be cut, reformed, and welded to specific needs.

Metalizing
Thermal spraying is a modern, safe and profitable method of repair and preventive maintenance of machinery components. Film thickness from a few hundredths up to several millimeters can be applied without structural or deformation of the object. The method may for example be used to rebuild parts subjected to wear or mechanical damage or to provide corrosion resistance or other desired surface properties. There may be such as bearings and sealing surfaces of the pump shafts, control and steering shafts, turbine and pump, piston rods, ship propellers, crankshafts for diesel engines and cylinders.
